How are orders processed?

After completing your purchase, your order will be promptly processed, and you will receive a confirmation email shortly.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver locally within +/- 2 working days of your chosen date. For a specific fixed date, kindly indicate in the order notes, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

What if I need urgent delivery?

Express delivery is subjected to availability and will incur additional charges. For express service, please contact our customer service hotline at +65 9636 5061 via call or WhatsApp to make your request.

Purchasing as a gift?

Please share your well wishes in the order notes section during checkout. We will include a complimentary greeting card with your gift message.

What are the delivery time slots?

What are the delivery charges?

Orders under $150 will incur a $10 delivery charge, while orders of $150 or more will qualify for free delivery.

Can I cancel my order and be refunded?

Refunds cannot be issued once payment has been made.

What if there are missing items in my order?

Kindly notify us of your case within 7 days of receiving your order via Email or WhatsApp. Please retain the mailer or box with the Air Waybill, as it is necessary for the investigation process. Cases that do not adhere to these guidelines will not be eligible for review.
