How are orders processed?

Upon checking out, your order will be processed immediately and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery will be within +/- 2 working days of your selected date.
For fixed date, please indicate in the order notes.

What if I need urgent delivery?

Express delivery is subjected to availability and additional charges.

Purchasing as a gift?

Leave your well wishes under the order notes section upon checking out.
A complimentary greeting card with your gift message will be provided.

What are the delivery time slots?

9am – 10pm

What are the delivery charges?

There will be $10 delivery charge for orders under $150.
Free delivery for orders $150 and above.

Can I cancel my order and be refunded?

No refunds are allowed once payment are made.

What if there are missing items in my order?

Please inform us via Email or WhatsApp on your case within 7 days after receiving. Ensure to keep the mailer or box with the Air Waybill as it is required for investigation.
Cases that do not comply with the above will not be reviewed.

Do you deliver to Malaysia?

Delivery to Malaysia takes up to 10 working days or more. Date option will not apply to Malaysia orders.
Cross border delivery charges will be calculated during check out based on your shipping address and cart size.
